Benedictine Schools of Richmond shares your concern about the protection of your personal information online. This Privacy Policy includes examples of the types of personal information we collect and the kinds of companies with whom we share such information. These examples are illustrative and should not be considered a complete inventory of our information collection, use, and sharing practices. We (the Benedictine Schools of Richmond) will comply with applicable state and federal laws that may restrict the types of information we may disclose about you or require us to provide you with additional notices.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us email, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. 
 
CONSENT
Where consent for the use and disclosure of personal information is required, the school will seek consent from the appropriate person. In the case of a student’s personal information, the school will seek the consent from the student and/or parent depending on the circumstances and the student’s mental ability and maturity to understand the consequences of the proposed use and disclosure.
  
PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT
A photography release is completed by all current Benedictine Schools of Richmond families at the time of registration. This details use of images and recordings online, images, and quotes in print publications, and information released to the media.

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' personal information. Whenever users submit personal information (such as contact info or credit card info) via online forms, registrations, or online purchases and donations, upon submission that information is encrypted via the highest level of SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) available. Servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. Under no circumstances are credit card numbers permanently stored on our website servers.

BSoR may make changes to its Privacy Policy from time to time and we encourage you to periodically revisit the policy to see how BSoR is protecting your information.
