The Saint Gertrude Field Hockey team is one of Saint Gertrude's oldest sports. The Field Hockey season begins in mid-August and continues through the beginning of November. Teams practice and play its games on at the SGHS OAC Turf field and Joe Arnold field, a bermuda grass field on the BSoR Campus. The team is coached by Carsyn Poppa.
